ABSTRACT

Recently Phthalazine heterocyclic compounds have drawn a considerable attention in the field of research, the search of wide range of its therapeutic applications. Introduce a new path for researcher by introducing this moiety and develop novel class of drugs who have better therapeutic profile. In this review, we have tried to discuss the different activity of phthalazine which have already discussed by the researcher. The study may produce new path for the researcher to generate new scaffolds of high therapeutic value considering the relevant importance of phthalazine nucleus.

Keywords: anticonvulsant activity, antimicrobial activity, anticancer activity, antiinflammatory activity, vasorelaxant activity.
