ABSTRACT

This manuscript aims to comprehensively illustrate/evaluate the related substances stimulated during preparation of 2’-Deoxy-2’-α-fluoro-2’- β-C-methyl 3’,5’-cyclic phosphate nucleotide, a drug related substance from N-Benzoyl-3',5'-di-O-benzoyl-2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-2'- methylcytidine (OR) 2'-Deoxy-2'-fluoro-2'-methyl-N- (phenylcarbonyl)-3',5'-bis O-(phenylcarbonyl)cytidine (OR) Cytidine, N-Benzoyl-2’-deoxy-2’-fluoro-2’methyl-,3’,5’-dibenzoate, (2’R)-, an intermediate i.e. Compound 5 and subsequently their synthesis.
