SAFETY AND EFFICACY FOR ANTI-THROMBOTIC THERAPY IN UNSTABLE ANGINA – STATE OF ART TECHNOLOGIES
T. N. Shilpa* and A. Deevan Paul
ABSTRACT
Antithrombotic therapy is carried with either by using antiplatelet agent in the intense coronary disorders of unstable angina in myocardial infarction. Platelet activation and aggregation assume an imperative role in arterial thrombosis leading to prompting intense coronary disorders and in thrombolytic complications. The optimal levels of clopidogrel induced platelet inhibition, which will correlate quantitatively, prevent Atherothrombotic events. Myocardial infarction remains the greatest threat to life and health in humans. Accordingly, the opportunities presented to develop more effective, preventive and therapeutic strategies are commensurately great. Therefore, the benefit
of antithrombotic treatment, especially in essential anticipation, is likely to be different according to the individual vascular risk of each patient. This review is mainly describes about antiplatelet agent and its mechanism.
Keywords: Platelet activation, antiplatelet agent, Myocardial infarction, coronary disorders, unstable angina, antithrombotic.
