ABSTRACT
It is theoretical analysis of the hepatotoxicity induced by antituberculosis drug therapies. The most commonly used therapies for tuberculosis are triple and quadruple antituberculosis drug therapy. We analyse by theoretical study which therapy cause more hepatotoxicity. We studied published work of different nature including journals, thesis, books and public libraries etc. It is found that less data is available theoretically for Pakistani patients who are less prone to hepatic toxicity by both antituberculosis drug therapies. This study shows that hepatic profiles disturbance is major problem all around the world.
