MICROFLORA ON THE SURFACE OF LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS

ABSTRACT
Microorganisms were isolated from various instruments such as
Laminar air flow, Microscope, Incubator, Hot air switch, Water bath,
Laminar air flow, Microscope, Incubator, Hot air oven, Water bath.
Samples were taken with the help of cotton swab and sample was
transferred in growth media as well as selective media for isolation of
specific microorganisms. Isolated strains were characterized by various
biochemical tests. These biochemical tests confirmed that isolated
strains were Streptococcus pyogens, S. epidermidis and E. coli.
