FEAR OF WORST IS WHAT MAKES PHARMACIST A BAD PATIENT

ABSTRACT
Medication phobia, also known as pharmacophobia, is a fear of the use
of pharmacological treatments. In severe, excessive and irrational,
cases it may be a type of specific phobia. Many a times we have seen
pharmacist suffering from the same. What happens when a pharmacist
gets ill? Pharmacist first tries to diagnose him and second self -
medication and if then there is no effect, he will try to find an
alternative using an Internet the last option he will keep is visiting a
doctor. Pharmacist fraternity makes them the worst patient, they are
difficult to handle most of the times.
