ABSTRACT
Our study introduced an on-line sequential injection chemiluminescence analysis approach based on luminol-potassium ferricyanide/silver nanoparticles system for crizotinib detection. All experimental conditions were optimized and the developed method displayed a linear relationship over the concentration range of 0.01 – 500 𝑛g mL-1, (r = 0.999), with quantification/detection limit ratio = 0.01/0.003 𝑛g mL-1. The suggested method was utilized to detect the selected drug in bulk powder, capsules and human serum. The drug was tested in the presence of different interfering species and no significant difference in the results was observed. Statistical analysis was carried out to compare the obtained data with those from other
published articles and excellent agreement was found. The method was validated to ensure its suitability and its precision was tested using inter-day and intra-day assay.
