ABSTRACT
Acrylamide monomer is also widely used as an alkylation agent for the selective modification of sulfhydryl protein and is fluorescence studies of tryptophan residues in protein. Polyacrylamide will degrade to acrylamide under different environment condition. In the present study acrylamide degradating microorganism were screened, identified and characterized by morphological and biochemical characterization. Biodegradation of acrylamide studies also analyzed by HPLC method. Role of enzymes involved in acrylamide degradation, Screening of L-asparginase Production by plate assay method. Production of L-Asparaginase enzyme, effect of pH and temperature on L-asparaginase
production, effect of Carbon and Nitrogen sources on L-Asparaginase Production.
Keywords: Acrlyamide, Polyacrylamide, Biodegradation, HPLC, and L-asparginase.
