ABSTRACT

In last few years five and six membered heterocyclic compounds containing one or two heteroatoms fused to quinoline ring gains importance in natural products as well as in the synthetic compounds of biological interest.[1a] The substituted quinolines have various annulations, Pyrazolo (3,4-b)Quinolines, quinoline oximes, naphthyridin-4(1H)- one derivatives etc which reviewed here.
