EVALUATING EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT IN GACHSARAN CITY HEALTH AND TREATMENT SYSTEM USING ISM MODEL- 2015

ABSTRACT
Human force is one of most significant and valuable resources of every organization. Human force efficiency improvement could have a considerable role in development and progress of each organization. This study seeks to identify and evaluate factors effective on human force efficiency in Gachsaran city health and treatment system through a case study. For this purpose, 48 factors were identified through studying texts and using experts' views that after screening these factors using single sample t-test and Friedman, 20 factors were specified as final factors for leveling that after leveling these factors using interpretive structural modeling method, the factor of "existence of a promotion system based on competency and meritocracy in the organization" was identified as the most significant factor.
