TAXANES AND THEIR USE IN ANTINEOPLASTIC CLINICAL THERAPY

ABSTRACT
This article approaches clinical application of taxanes at oncologic treatment and its functions and effects and possible side effects. Focusing on pharmacological use, this study aimed to point out and explicit mechanisms of action properties and clinical application in oncologic patients, regardless their neoplastic status. Due to the benefits, it seems that the use and combination, and further substitution of taxanes and derivatives have been more effective than the use of other substances, subject to the peculiarities applied in each case and for pharmacovigilance performance.
