ABSTRACT
The unique environment of the oral cavity offers its potential site for the delivery of the therapeutic agents for both local and systemic delivery as retentive dosage forms. It has expense of smooth muscle which is Vascularisation, rapid recovery time after exposure to stress. Direct access to the systemic circulation through the internal jugular vein bypass drugs from the hepatic first-pass metabolism leads to high bioavailability. The formulation of Bucco-adhesive tablets shows 99.1% bio availability. Because of absence of permeation enhancers, shows better solubility and permeability. The IR-Spectra indicates that
absence of interaction between excipients. The result also indicates that, optimum release properties. Hence, the study concludes that, the formulation-F3 has effective in buccal route of administration for the management of Asthmatic patients.
