ABSTRACT
The Suspension used for oral, dermatological and Injections for the convenient administration of Insoluble drugs as compare to tablets and capsules and it was evaluated by the methods of electro kinetic and micrometric methods. These methods are so drastic and may destroy the structure of that suspension. All the trials were carried out and the parameters were satisfactory. Formulation-b3 shows efficient solubility, dissolution and Invitro release. The tase masking properties were compared with marketed product and was proved that complete masking of bitter taste. IR-spectra indicates that there was no
interactions between excipients. Oral suspension was observed and was no countable Fungal colonies observed. Hence, the study concludes that, Formulation B3 was most convenient dosage form for palatability, stability and In-vitro release for better management of special patients.
Keywords: palatability, In-vitro release, Taste masking, Dissolution.
