STUDIES OF PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF DRUG NICOTINAMIDE IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES.

ABSTRACT
The Density(ρ), ultrasonic velocity (U), and viscosity (η) measurements have been carried out for Nicotinamide (NC)in aqueous solution having different concentrations at temperatures of 298.15K, 303.15K, 308.15K and 300.15K. Experimental data have been used to estimate the adiabatic compressibility (β), acoustic impedance (Z), intermolecular free length (Lf) and relative association (RA). The results are discussed in terms of structure-making (or) structure -breaking effects of drug molecules in the mixtures.
