The microbiological sensitivity test was done against both gram positive and gram negative in (Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella para typhi and Staphylococcus aureus). Both of drugs were given clear inhibition zone with more effect for Augmentin, this due to high distribution of active ingredient in Augmentin than Amocalan in formulation process or might be due to distribution of additives.
