ABSTRACT
Methods for 3D-imagination of cells and sub-cellular components (chromosomes), with and without additional laser irradiation, were developed and tested. The main goal of the current study was directed to evaluation of technologies for precise identification of changes in the cellular components and compartments, composed of bio-molecules and intra-molecular structures, based on differences in their electron density. In this aspect, unlike the 2D-images, in the 3D-pictures, besides in the volume rates due to absorption, changes appear also in the values of phase of light, passing through the observed objects, are available. Despite the destroy effect of the laser irradiation, this procedure, could allow the determination of presence and localization of respective intra-cellular structures, according to theexact place of the ray. On the other hand, in this way initial information about the nature of bio-macromolecules in the composition of complex structures, important about basic cell functions and processes, is possible. These features could give additional information, which could not be always noted by observation as 2D-objects.
