ABSTRACT

diabetes caused by various factors such as hereditary of family, environmental factors lack of exercise, food habitsetc. Mainly diabetes caused by destruction of β-cells of islets of langerhans cells.mutation of mitochondrial DNA also one of the drawback for cause of diabetes. Various Gene TCF7L2 which effects the lack of insulin secretion and production of glucose. The cause of type 1diabetes are un known, more over several risk factors have been identified. The risk of developing type 1diabetes is increased by certain variants of the HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, and HLA-DRB1 genes. These genes provide instructions for making proteins that play a critical role in the immune system
