Abstract

METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF VORICONAZOLE INJECTION BY RP-UPLC

ABSTRACT

We developed a simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate analytical method for determination of voriconazole injection by RP-UPLC method. Chromatography was performed with mobile phase containing sodium dihydrogen orthophosphate and acetonitrile, with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,C-18 column and PDA-detection at 254nm and run time of 5 mins. Validatiom parameters system precision, accuracy, linearity, robustness as per ICH guidelines.
