A CRITICAL REVIEW ON AYUSHYA (LONGEVITY)

ABSTRACT
Most of us want to enjoy living for a thousand years, but they can not make an attainable goal, there are longevity tips that can help you live longer and feel better while doing it. Ayurvedic Science have greatly extended our lifespan.your lifestyle really makes a much greater difference in your longevity than your genes do. Stress, Alcohol, smoking, and recreational drug use are responsible for tens of thousands of premature deaths every year. Although these substances are all addictive, and hard to quit, expelling them from your life will make a profound difference in how long you live. Practice of meditation, laughing every day, regular physical exercise, proper sleeping, doing aerobics, or swimming all are provide great ways to increase our life span not only but also gives us a more optimistic outlook generally. What and how much we eat will also be determining factors in how long we live. If we indulge in a diet saturated with sugar, fats, and salt, we will be shaving years off our life. Not only are excessive quantities of these foods harmful in themselves, they also contribute to obesity, heart attack, diabetes, liver and gall bladder problems, and even cancer. Eating healthy foods in healthy portions are longevity tips that everyone can use. Which type of food, regimen and medicines are beneficial for health us or not, some one them described here.
