SYNTHESIS AND ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY OF SOME NEW 1,3,4-THIADIAZOLES AND 3-(FURAN-2-YL)-5-(3-(FURAN-2-YL)-4,5-DIHYDRO-1-PHENYL-1H-PYRAZOL-4-YL)-4,5-DIHYDROPYRAZOLE-1-CARBOTHIOAMIDE

ABSTRACT
A novel 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and 3-(furan-2-yl)-5-(3-(furan-2-yl)-4,5- dihydro-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-carbothioamide were synthesized via reaction of C-phenylcabomoyl-N-phenylhydrazonoyl chloride with Alkyl carbodithioate, carbothioamide derivatives and 1-(furan-2-yl)-3-(3-(furan-2-yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) prop-2-en-1-one with thiourea, respectively. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were established based on their spectral data, elemental analyses and alternative synthetic routes whenever possible. Also, newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity against various microorganisms.
