BACTERIOTHERAPY EFFECT OF PROBIOTIC IN THE LIPID PROFILE AND PROINFLAMMATORY MARKERS IN OBESE FEMALE.

ABSTRACT
Obesity is defined as an abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that may impair health. There are inter-individual differences in the amount of excess fat and the distribution of the fat within the body, varying the risk for obesity-associate morbidities. These co morbidities include cardiovascular disease (CVD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) which along with obesity are the most common, current no communicable diseases. Objective: To determination the role of gut flora in the dislipidimia and immunity markers in obese female patient. Methods: 40 healthy
obese female, age between (20-50) years and BMI ≥30 (kg/cm) were participated in this study, there were divided in two groups, group 1(G1) consumed probiotics and group 2 (G2) was consumed placebo for 8 weeks the two group were used same diet with (1200) kcal. the lipid profile, immune markers change was determination. Resutls: The study showed decreasing in the total cholesterol in G1 (12.3%) from (172.7 to (151.33) while in G2 the level of cholesterol was decreased (1.28%) from (158.75) to (156.71) with highly significant difference between two groups. The triglyceride level was decreased about 10.4% in the G1 form (118.59) to (106.25) and increased in G2 placebo group 0.4% from (102.71) to (103.21) with significant difference between two groups. The level of HDL showed significant difference between two groups, the G1 group show increasing 30.67% from (37.55) to (49.07) and G2 showed increased 7.52%.
