THE EFFECTS OF AQUEOUS EXTRACT OF CELERY LEAVES (APIUM GRAVEOLENS) ON FERTILITY IN FEMALE RATS

ABSTRACT

In recent years, publishing of scientific articles of Iranian researchers has grown substantially in national and international journals that indicates particular attitude of Iranian scientific community to the development of knowledge in different fields. Moreover, improvement of quality of scientific papers is necessary. For this purpose, criticism of published studies is a way to increase the quality of articles and make them clear. A manuscript entitled: The Effects of Aqueous Extract of Celery Leaves (Apium Gravelens) on the Delivery Rate, Sexual Ratio, and Litter Number of the Female Rats, which is published in No. 5 Vol 5; year 2014 of Jentashapir Journal of Health Research, has some drawbacks based on our opinion. With respect to the authors of mentioned article, in order to increase quality of future articles and reduction of beginner researcher errors, we decided to mention and review ambiguities and errors of this article.
