POLYMER-MATRIX NANOCOMPOSITES, PROCESSING, MANUFACTURING AND APPLICATION: AN OVERVIEW

ABSTRACT

This review is a relative source for polymer nano composite research, which includes the fundamental properties, different manufacturing methods and various applications of polymer nanocomposite materials. this review article mainly focuses on the various scientific principles and mechanisms which are related to the methods of formulating and processing with a discussion on various commercial applications and also on various health/safety concerns (a major problem for manufacturing and scale-up). Hence, the relative discussion on technology, modeling, characterization, processing, manufacturing, applications and health/safety concerns for polymer nanocomposites is over viewed in this article.
