GENETIC EVALUATION MSX1 GENE TO INDUCE OVULATION DISRUPTION AND LACK OF ZYGOTE CELL FORMATION IN WOMEN UNDER 28 YEARS OF NATURAL FERTILIZATION PROCESS

ABSTRACT
Today, due to economic problems among young people, the age of
marriage has increased in society. That's why the marriage age among
women of childbearing age is increased which leads to aging eggs and
lack of energy will be to create a zygote cell. In this study, MSX1 gene
that plays a role in interrupting ovulation there. The study found that
genetic variations in this gene with increasing maternal age for
pregnancy As well as oocyte cells mother's talent and lifestyle, and diet
and ecosystem conditions can have a significant role in the
development of pregnancy interruption.
