ABSTRACT
New synthesis, characterization, biological evaluation and docking
studies of 1-(5-(4-(5-(4-methyl/trifluoromethyl/nitro)-benzyl)
sulfonyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl) methyl)-3-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-
3,4-dihydroimidazo[4,5-b] indol-2-yl)-2-oxidobenzo [d] [1,3,2]
dioxaphosphol-2-yl)-3-(4-(unsubstituted/ methyl/ methoxy/ fluoro/
trifluoromethyl)phenyl) urea (11a-o) derivatives are described. All the
synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis
FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 31P-NMR, and analytical data. All the
synthesized compounds were exhibits antibacterial and antifungal
activities. Further the docking studies were carried out based on antifungal
studies for the model compounds against Glucoamylase Protein
and the results found are moderate.
Keywords: 1,3,4-Oxadiazole, antimicrobial, Glucoamylase Protein, docking studies.
