SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERISATION AND BIOLOGICAL SCREENING OF NOVEL 1,3,4 OXA AZOLE DERIVATIVES

ABSTRACT
A Novel Series of Compounds were synthesised by one-pot method for the synthesis of 2-amino-1,3,4 oxadiazoles from acyl hydrazides and isocyanates has been achieved with propane phosphonic anhydride (T3P). The Structures of new compounds were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR and 13C NMR Spectral Data. Anti-bacterial and Anti-fungal Activities were evaluated and compared with the standard drugs, some compounds of the series Exhibited Promising Anti-microbial and Antifungal Activity Compared to Standard Drugs.
