ABSTRACT

In this project several CREB1 gene-specific shRNA lentivirus vectors after the design of the clones were evaluated by transmission system transient in 293T cells. Relative gene expression of CREB 1 was determined by QRT-PCR technique. All shRNA, leading to a decrease in gene expression were CREB1. A specific shRNA knockdown of the target gene was most effective. SiRNA activity that was predicted by Reynold they were compared with the actual activity. Our research is a general relationship between real activity and activity predicted siRNA showed them.
