IN-VTIRO ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITIES OF ASYSTASIA GANGETICA LEAF EXTRACT

ABSTRACT
This study is revealed that DPPH, NO, H2O2 and free radical are effectively involved in producing the oxidants in laboratory model. Asystasia gangetica leaf extract (AGLE) in different concentration controls the oxidants by conducting the in-vtiro antioxidant activities of Asystasia gangetica leaf extract against DPPH, NO, H2O2 and free radical producing oxidants after the evaluation of phyto chemical constituents of Triterpinoids, Flavonoids, Steroids, Alkaloids, Saponins, Tannins, Carbohydrates, Proteins, etc., All the values are reported and tabulated.
