INFERTILITY: ITS CONSEQUENCES, ETIOLOGY AND TREATMENT EVALUATION

ABSTRACT
Infertility has used a two year reference period Women trying to not conceive and suffering from impaired ovulation. Infertility has profound psychological effects. Partners may become anxious to conceive, increasing sexual dysfunction. Marital discord often develops in infertile couples, especially when they are under pressure to make medical decisions. Luteinizing hormone is important for fertility sociation between life styles nutritional factor illnesses participate are females different causes of their infertility ovulatory disorders endometriosis tubal blocked and males patients had sperm relative problem were assessed HRT according to standard criteria hormone is important fertility concentration outcome pregnancy every
women with regular mensuration cycle and district the concentration of LH causes. These studies aim to findout causes of infertility of different males and females with treatment option. For the purpose of this a cross sectional survey conducted among different healthcare sector on gynea wards. After finding causes include tubal blockage, hormonal imbalance, improper diagnosis with lack of treatment found in most cases. After this cross sectional survey we can conclude that impaired ovulation, tubal damage and hormonal imbalance are one of the most leading factor towards infertility and it needs proper diagnosis to encounter problem with infertility and with proper treatment.
