DYNAMISM OF BACTERIOPHAGES AGAINST VARIOUS DISEASES - A NOTE

ABSTRACT

Humans are afraid of pathogens especially bacteria as they are responsible for various infections and diseases but the bacteria are afraid of Heterogeneous group of organism called Bacteriophages. Bacteriophage is as complex rod like spherical virus but exits in different shape, size and structures that have tail and head. Bacteriophages for different strains of bacteria that cause Suppurative surgical infections was developed and treated in several patients. Listed above has proved the best utilization of Bacteriophages in various therapeutic value against various and different strains of bacteria that cause different infections. It has been found that bacteariophages proved to be the efficient virus antibiotics when compared to chemically made antibiotics. The phage cocktail was tested for treating these bacteria that resulted in new strains phages that has greater efficiency to destroy these biofilm forming pathogens. The commercially available vaccine does not shown efficient response when compared to phages indicates that phages are good vaccine that can be used to provide targeted, safe and stable immune response. Thus phage is like the Banana tree where every part is useful in different way. It is easy to be produced and consumes less cost. Their immunity response is consistence and remains for some days. From the review, it is understood that it has to be utilized in the proper research for production of various good products for welfare of the humankind.
