ABSTRACT

Alteration in calcium levels may have significant role in causing cardiovascular problem. Variations in serum values of calcium in relationship with lipid profile along with adiposity as metabolic risk factors of cardiovascular events in premenopausal women .Main aim of this study was to assess the levels of serum calcium ,lipid profile and to check the relationship between serum calcium with lipid profile in obese and healthy premenopausal women. Study was done in 20 obese 20 normal premenopausal women of age 30-45 years.In our study we noticed that premenopausal women had significantly increase in serum cholesterol [p
