AN UPDATED REVIEW ON: PREPARATION AND APPLICATIONS OF NANOPARTICLES

ABSTRACT
For the last few years nanotechnologies have attained a specific importance due to a fast increasing number of development compounds having poor aqueous solubility. The research of nanoparticle is an area of scientific interest due to broad range of potential applications in various fields such as optical, electronic, biomedical, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, catalytical and material industries. These technologies can enhance the potency of traditional macromolecules of drug to provide a mechanism for curing many irrecoverable ailments. Nanoparticles have pure active pharmaceutical ingredient and are basically stabilized with surfectants or polymeric stabilizers. They have been used to improve therapeutic effect of drugs and reduce their side effects. The main objective of this article is to
focus upon nanoparticles, their types, method of preparation, advantages & disadvantages, and applications.
