ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY OF SYNTHESIZED SCHIFF’S BASES AND THEIR BINARY COMPLEXES WITH COPPER (II)

ABSTRACT
Schiff’s bases derived from substituted aromatic aldehyde and
substituted primary amines and their binary complexes with copper (II)
were screened for antibacterial and antifungal activity. The biological
activities of binary complexes revealed enhanced activity as compared
to corresponding ligands.
