ABSTRACT
Tuberculosis (TB) remains the leading cause of mortality due to bacterial pathogen Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. There is also a considerable effort to discover and develop newer substituted quinoline. In this research article the 2D QSAR of quinoline derivatives is done with the help of Vlife MDS 3.5 Software and 2D QSAR of 35 compound were done by using PLS Method and statistical values of the best model is r2( 0.9182),q2( 0.8160).and 3D statistical values of the model is r2(0.6422), Pred_r2 (0.6198) Thus above stated work can be further used for the designing of new potent antitubercular drugs.
Keywords: Antitubercular activity, Antimycobacterial activity, Fluoroquinolines, Quinoline Derivatives, DNA Gyrase Inhibitor, Partial Least Square.
