PHYSICO CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENT VESSEL CLEANING EMULSIONS

ABSTRACT
This project was carried out to evaluate and detect some parameters of Vessels cleaning solutions. In this project we determined pH, electrical conductivity, and elemental analysis like Sodium, moisture content, lather volume, viscosity, bulk density and ash. The results that found in this project when tested in three different samples of vessels cleaning solutions, samples (1) Fairy, sample (2) Bahar and third one Site, the first experiment determination of pH sample (1) 8.32, sample (2) 8.03 sample (3) 7.80. Second experiment determination of electrical conductivity sample (1) 11792.5, sample (2) 13274 and sample (3) 12998, third experiment detect of viscosity, Bahar has a highest volume (1670) than another sample. Site has highest volume of bulk density and ash (1.03181 g/ml) (12.1%).All the samples has a good mount of sodium. Fairy has highest lather volume is good to pass
through the dish to clean it and its work to reduction of surface tension and increase the solubility of fat and dirt. Last experiment determination of moisture content, all samples have good amount of moisture close to each other.
