HI-TECH AND NOVEL ISOLATION OF STEM CELL FROM MOUSE BONE MARROW BY SIMPLE LABORATORY TECHNIQUE

ABSTRACT

Stem cell have a tremendous potential with an ability to self renew into different type of cells like blood, heart, bones, skin, brain, muscles etc. This unbelievable quality serves it as a fascinating entity for clinical application in many transplantation therapies. Its tremendous application for different diseases makes it a popular entity but its harvesting governs invasive procedure. Minimization of isolation steps, increase of mass with more purify form of product is become an attractive podium for today’s research era. This novel approach minimizes the invasive and tedious steps of isolation and bind up the whole procedure in twelve consecutive steps. As conclusion we can say that this procedure entirely different and easy to perform even in simple lab because of only twelve step procedure. This is novel because here is to reduce the very high skilled and tedious step of bone marrow aspiration by needle were overcome as well as need of highly sophisticated lab also overcome. This makes it novel approach with low skilled and easy to run procedure even in simple lab.
