CHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF ESSENTIAL OIL OF THE HERBAL REMEDY

ABSTRACT
Herbal remedy Atherophyte consisting of. Rosa(fruits), Elettaria cardamomum Maton. (fruits), Terminalia chebula Retz. (fruits), Crataegus (fruits), Malus baccata (L.) Borkh. (fruits), Myristica fragrans Houtt. (seeds), Linum usitatissimum L. (seeds), Beta vulgaris L. (roots), Zingiber officinale Roscoe (roots), Glycyrrhiza glabra (roots), Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (roots), Bergenia crassifolia (L.) Fritsch. (roots), Leonurus cardiaca L. (herb), Orthosiphon stamineus Benth. (herb), Mentha piperita L. (leaf), Matricaria recutita L. (inflorescences), Calendula officinalis (flores), Cinnamomum cassia (bark), Cetraria islandica L. (thallus), Humulus lupulus L. (cones), Zea
mays L. (columns with stigmas), camphore (powder), calcium gluconate (powder) essential oil composition were investigated by GC-MC method. 55 volatile compounds were characterized and camphore (46,26 %), α – terpineol acetate (16,91 %), α – zingibirene (4,89 %), trans – cinnamaldehyde (3,63 %), β – sesquiphellandrene (2,56 %), α – curcumene (2,23 %), E- nerolidol (1,7 %), β – bisabolene (1,67 %), tetradecanic acid ethyl ester (1,41 %), tetradecanic acid (1,21 %), α-bisabolene oxide В (1,15 %) were major compounds of essential oil of the herbal remedy.
