ABSTRACT
The objective of the study was to describe the frequency of self monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) in non insulin type II diabetes mellitus, assesses the patients' behavior and responses, and to evaluate self reported medication adherence and investigate the patients' perception about the continuation of medication while diseases under control to improve the diabetes management.
