EXTRACTION OF FAT OIL FROM MILK THISTLE FRUITS USING CONDENSED GASES

ABSTRACT Milk thistle oil is obtained by cold pressing of seeds resulting in yield of a final product from 8 to 15 % thus , traditional technology does not allow full degreasing of crude that leads to decrease in silymarine yield at further processing of defatted seeds. Besides, exiting technique does not assure appropriate microbiological purity and to obtain extraction which is represented by hermetic cycle system , allowing to carry out continuous extraction and simultaneous evaporation of obtained product thus recycling an extragent.
