ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION TO LOCAL ADMINISTRATION OF LIDOCAINE: A CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT
Systemic hypersensitivity to lidocaine hydrochloride is not common
yet we report a case of 40-year-old male who developed anaphylactic
reaction to this drug just after local administration in a dental
procedure. So there is need of cautious use of the drug even this drug is
used by local infiltration.
