ABSTRACT
Ayurveda, widely known as the science of life, is committed to maintaining the health of living things by treating and preventing disease. Along with the Siddhant of Tridosha, Panchmahabhuta ancient system of medicine described a unique concept of Ojas and vyadhikshamtva. According to Ayurvedic literature, Ojas is the substance of all Dhatus, signifying the strength (Bala) of every bodily portion. Ojas, which offers immunity, mental, and physical resistance against illnesses, is compared to Bala. The usefulness of Ojas and Vyadhikshamatva in preserving health and preventing diseases is established by the alignment of Ayurvedic principles with modern scientific principles. The body's ability to resist disease, or vyadhikshamatva, is comparable to the modern scientific idea of immunity. Ayurvedic holistic techniques can be obtained by applying these concepts to health applications, especially for treating immunological problems. Comprehending and harnessing Ojas and Vyadhikshamatva may be crucial in creating Ayurvedic treatments that boost immunity and advance general health.
