ABSTRACT
We report a rare case of marginal placenta previa, occurring in 0.3-1.8% of pregnancies, in a 22-year-old woman with a history of ectopicpregnancy. The patient presented with a marginal placenta, which wasdiagnosed as an anterior and lower segment placenta via TIFFAscanning. This case report outlines this unusual complication'sdiagnosis, management, potential link between ectopic, placentaprevia, combined risk (both abortion and ectopic) and follow-up,highlighting the importance of close surveillance in high-riskpregnancies leading to a successful delivery.
