In Ayurveda Acharyas has emphasized that specific vitiated Dosha are responsible for the development of specific disease and the vitiation of Dosha is directly influence by specific Nidana sevena according to Samanya Viheshs Sidhant. The basic tripod of Dosh dusti, Dushya shaithilya (Dhatu dusti) and Sroto dusti (disintegration in micro channels) are responsible for the development of various disease. The involvement of Mams & Medo Dhatu is striking in the pathogenesis of Myasthenia Gravis as disease is identify by excessive muscle weakness and fatigue.
