ABSTRACT
Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare but life-threatening condition if not treated promptly with antibiotics and surgical interventions to remove infected tissue. We presented a case report of a 52-year-old male patient with necrotizing fasciitis. Patient presented with wound over left thigh since 10 days, discharge from the wound, and pain over the wound. The patient had a past history of asthma and tuberculosis. As it is a serious fatal condition, the patient recognized his illness very soon and came to the hospital. Here we aim to educate the people and health care professionals about identifying the early symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis.
