ABSTRACT
Recent practice changes and future predictions exacerbate the issue of content overload in pharmacy education, highlighting the urgent need for curricular reform. This overload spans a broad spectrum of professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes, stressing the importance of aligning educational outcomes with pharmacists‟ practice competencies. Addressing this challenge requires a thorough examination of curricular content, programmatic strategic priorities, and trends in pharmaceutical and interprofessional healthcare. This integrative review aims to enhance the Kotter leadership model by integrating it with complementary frameworks to provide practical guidelines and recommendations. The purpose of this integration is to improve the effectiveness of curricular transformation simultaneouslyreducing content overload and enhancing outcomes. Additionally, the review seeks to establish a culture of continuous quality improvement, ensuring that curricular reforms are sustainable and responsive to the evolving demands of pharmacy practice.
