To track down relevant material and data, a mix of contemporary books, Ayurvedic writing, and electronic web search tools was utilized, including diaries. Food affects the body and can incite sicknesses; great and awful food can achieve satisfaction or enduring, separately. Ahara and Ahara Vidhi, or dietary standards, are fundamental parts of the Etiology of infection. "Ahara Vidhi Vishesha Ayatana" portrays the fundamental reasons of the effects of eating, both healthy and undesirable. Acharya has made sense of Rasa and Guna exhaustively, which are utilized during a specific season to support health.Swasthvritta, Sadavritta, and Achara Rasayana giverules to activities that are similarly vital for Ahara's substantial, mental, social, and otherworldly prosperity.
