ROLE OF BALA TAILA YONI PICHU IN SUKHA PRASAVA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO PROGRESS OF LABOR: A CASE REPORT

ABSTRACT

Background: A 26 years old woman first visited the Padma OPD on 16th October 2022 for antenatal checkup. She was in eight month of her pregnancy. Methodology: she attended the antenatal clinic regularly, and complied with Ayurveda medication- Prawal Pishti, Mukta Shukti Basma, Datri Loha and Satavari Churna with milk, with prenatal advice given to her from time to time. She had no obstetric or medical problems during the course of her pregnancy. Bala Taila Yoni Pichu started from 38 weeks, was given for duration of 7 days. Result: A FTND, an alive healthy Female child of wt. 2.8 kgs delivered as vertex presentation on 10/12/2022 at 9:43AM.
