ABSTRACT
Siddhar Yogam, also known as Siddhar Yoga Muraigal, are traditional techniques recommended by the Siddhars to ward against diseases brought on by ageing. These techniques also included food regimens, as well as mental and physical exercises that were to be followed for a mandala (48 days). They promoted "Kaayakarpam" dietary habits. Typically, they involve taking a certain polyherbal or monoherbal medication for a predetermined amount of time. Cervical spondylosis is a frequent spinal issue nowadays. Cervical vertebral degeneration is more common in the elderly, although it is also becoming more prevalent in young and middle-aged individuals. In this case study, a cervical spondylosis patient was included, and biochemical analysis of veppam pattai chooranam, a siddha medication, was performed for future research on cervical spondylosis.
