ABSTRACT

Panchakarma therapy is a crucial component of Ayurvedic treatment, and its effectiveness relies on the proper implementation of elimination procedures and the preparation of various formulations. The use of drugs is essential in achieving the desired results of Panchakarma therapy. Unique dosage forms specific to Panchakarma therapy are mentioned, indicating that modifications are made for better drug absorption and metabolism for elimination purposes. This article discusses the dosage forms used for Panchakarma therapy, their preparation, and the specific modifications made for this type of therapy.
