ABSTRACT
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, emphasizes a holistic approach to health and well-being. Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The purpose of Ayurveda is to help maintain the health of healthy individuals and, secondarily, to treat the diseases of those who are unhealthy. Following Dinacharya (Daily routine) and Ritucharya (Seasonal routine) plays a major role in preventing diseases that occur due to the daily fluctuations of doshas influenced by the time of day and seasons. One of the core concepts in Ayurveda is "Dinacharya," a daily routine designed to maintain and promote health by aligning daily activities with natural cycles. This article explores the principles, components, and benefits of Dinacharya, highlighting its relevance in modern lifestyles.
